We say the word often. Leadership.
It rolls easily off the tongue, polished by conferences, titles, and expectations.

But strip it back for a moment and break it open.

Lead. Ship.

And here is the truth we don’t say often enough.

Leadership is not proven in calm seas.

It is about reminding people why they boarded the ship in the first place.

Leadership asks a simple, demanding question.
